Faithful and high-quality translation.
A secure bridge from language to language.
This is ALAYA's service.
At ALAYA, translations are produced by translators specializing in each industry, and each translation undergoes a separate review of content and writing in a two-fold checking process. Finally, the project manager verifies the translation and delivers it to the customer.
ALAYA is especially strong in translation between European languages and Japanese and other Asian languages, and with our worldwide network of translators, we offer translation services for more than 40 languages, including languages of the Middle East and Africa.

We offer translation services between multiple languages for many different types of documents generated as part of our customers' business, including contracts and other legal documents, various types of certificates, technical specifications and internal documents. We can flexibly handle volumes ranging from a few words to files with a much larger word count. We can also translate certification documentation for submission to government and municipal bodies.

ALAYA's work does not stop at translation. We also provide services for creating final advertising copy by rewriting the translation into text suitable for use as a sales promotion tool. The result is appropriate and easy-to-read text that can be utilized as for company brochures, websites, various types of fliers, and many other applications.
One area where ALAYA's strengths shine is projects that require translating large volumes of text into multiple languages (for example, user manuals and guides). For each project, a project manager provides consistent overall management throughout the entire process, and translation support programs are utilized to achieve high quality, short delivery times, and low costs.
Workflow from estimate to delivery
We quickly and carefully respond to customer inquiries received through various methods, including email, telephone or fax.
2. Submitting quotation
After receiving the documents to be translated, we prepare quotations while taking into consideration the word count, the specialized nature of the content, and the delivery deadline.
We select translators who can handle the translation content and delivery deadline, and we start the translation work immediately after receiving the order from the customer.
The translation is done by a translator specializing in the field of the content. Translation support programs (such as SDL TRADOS) may also be used.
5. Translation checking/editing
Another translator checks the translation for errors, including missing text, writing errors, and content consistency.
Adhering strictly to the deadline, we deliver the translation in the requested format (be it Microsoft Word or Excel, or another format such as SDL TRADOS).
